RETURN POLICY
We hope that you love everything you purchase with Golden Soul, but if you do find you are unhappy with a product, size, or quality, we are happy to make it right for you! Due to the nature of proceed portions donated toward charity, Golden Soul does not offer refunds, but we will happily exchange your order for another size or style if available or provide a store credit.
*Exchange requests must be submitted to Golden Soul within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a store credit or exchange, and item(s) must be shipped back within 20 days of delivery and items must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
*All sales are final on holiday sale orders and clearance items.
*If an item is damaged upon arrival or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue at goldensoulhelp@gmail.com

*We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, including shrinking or stains when washing, or improper sizing. Care instructions are provided at the bottom of each item listing. Our tees/hoodies are garment dyed which will result in color variation in each tee, making each piece unique. This is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for exchanges or returns. Since our shirts are garment dyed we always suggest washing your new item(s) alone for the first time to avoid any staining/bleeding on other items.
The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees in relation to an exchange or store credit. Customer service will provide you with a return address upon return approval.
CANCELATIONS
If an order needs to be cancelled or changed, customers must notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. This includes address changes or size changes.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME
Items listed as pre-order items are custom made by hand and will result in 7-10 days to ship and up to14 business days to be received. This is also listed in the description for pre-order items. Unfortunately we are not able to expedite shipping on any pre-order products. All non pre-order items will ship within 3-5 business days of order.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery of your order will vary depending on your location. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has shipped.
INCORRECT ADDRESS | RETURNED MAIL
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information when an order is placed. Golden Soul is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Packages returned to Golden Soul may be reshipped at the customer's expense. Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with USPS.
LOST PACKAGES
Golden Soul does not issue refunds on lost packages. You will need to reach out to USPS directly for that!
